This policy explains what data 3-102-960698 SRL (the operator of Astra Bitcoin) processes when you use astrabitcoin.com, and your choices. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.

1. Data we process

Blockchain data (public): when you connect a wallet or transact, your public wallet address and transaction are recorded permanently and publicly on the Ethereum blockchain. This is inherent to all blockchain use and cannot be erased by us.
Approximate location: we may read an approximate country from your IP address, solely to apply the eligibility and sanctions restrictions in our Terms. We do not store a precise location.
Analytics (only with consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand aggregate traffic. No analytics run until you consent.
Communications: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer you.

2. Cookies

Essential functionality uses only local browser storage needed to run the site and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set only after you click Accept in the consent banner. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the button below, which clears the stored choice and lets you decide again.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process approximate location on the basis of our legitimate interest and legal obligation to restrict access where required. We process analytics data only on the basis of your consent. We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you.
