Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and 3-102-960698 SRL, a Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada registered in the Republic of Costa Rica (corporate ID 3-102-960698), which operates the Astra Bitcoin project and the astrabitcoin.com website. By using the site or acquiring ABTC you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Nature of ABTC

ABTC is a governance and utility token deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. ABTC is not a security. It does not represent equity, ownership, a share of profit, a dividend, a loan, or any claim on the assets or revenue of the company. Holding ABTC does not entitle you to any return, and no return of any kind is promised or implied. The token smart contract is renounced, meaning no party can mint, pause, or alter it.

2. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation of a security. You are solely responsible for your decisions. You should consult your own qualified advisers and conduct your own research before acquiring any digital asset.

3. Eligibility and restricted persons

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You may not use the site or acquire ABTC if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. Without limitation, the token sale is not offered to United States persons, and it is not available to any person in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

4. Self custody and wallets

ABTC is acquired through your own self custody wallet on a public blockchain. The company never holds your keys or your funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, your seed phrase, and your transactions. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The company cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or lost through your own error.

5. The energy business

The company intends to use presale proceeds to build and operate solar power generation in the Republic of Georgia. Any figures published about plant size, cost, output, revenue, profit, or timelines are good faith estimates and plans, not guarantees. Real world projects carry construction, permitting, currency, power price, and country risks, and outcomes may differ materially from any projection.

6. No guarantee of value or liquidity

The market, and only the market, determines any price of ABTC. The company does not promise, support, or guarantee any price, appreciation, or the existence of a market. Any illustrative scenario published by the company is hypothetical and is not a forecast or promise.

7. Prohibited use

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company, its manager, and affiliates are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site, the token, or the blockchain. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose the entire amount you commit. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

9. Intellectual property

The Astra Bitcoin name, logo, and site content are the property of the company. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal viewing of the site.

10. Changes and governing law

The company may update these Terms at any time, and the current version is always the one posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law rules.
