The value of digital assets can fall quickly and without warning, to zero. There is no guarantee of any price, of liquidity, or of a market on which to sell. Past performance of any asset is not a guide to the future.
ABTC does not entitle you to profit, interest, dividend, or repayment. Any figure, scenario, or projection published about the energy business or the token is an illustration or a good faith estimate, never a promise or a forecast of price.
The company plans to build and operate solar generation in the Republic of Georgia. Such projects carry real risks: construction delay and cost overrun, permitting and grid connection risk, equipment and weather risk, movements in the wholesale and retail power price, currency risk, and general country and regulatory risk. Plans and timelines may change, and projected output or profit may not be achieved.
Smart contracts can contain bugs or be subject to attack. Because the ABTC contract is renounced, it cannot be changed to fix an issue. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and loss of your wallet keys means permanent loss of access. The company never holds your keys.
The legal treatment of digital assets differs by country and continues to change. A change in law or a regulator's view could affect the token, its liquidity, or your ability to hold or transfer it. You are responsible for the laws of your own jurisdiction and for any tax you owe.
There may be limited or no market for ABTC, and you may be unable to sell at a price you find acceptable, or at all. Locked liquidity is locked and cannot be relied on as an exit for you.
ABTC is not a bank deposit and is not covered by any deposit insurance or investor protection scheme in any jurisdiction.
